The Asian Chefs Association elevated and pushed the boundaries of Asian cuisine in the Bay Area by valuing Asian American chefs’ achievements beyond what was in the mainstream discourse, while using their standing to halt human trafficking and give back to the community. Each chef and group of chefs are deeply passionate about people and community, using their talents in the kitchen to feed a greater good."
